Quality Inn Amarillo I-40 East

We had a blast at Wonderland Park, just a short drive from here! The kids loved the rides, and it made for a perfect day out. The staff was accommodating, and our rooms were decent for our large family and colleagues.

My kids wished there were better dining options nearby. A quick snack bar would be great for families with children.

hotel staff were ok so were the room for overnight stay. but the ice machine near our room did not work and we had to use the one in the lobby. you had to push hard to close the room door.

The hotel was located really close to restaurants and the airport and downs. The room was pet-friendly with working ac and the staff was pleasant. With an ironing set, a work desk and a couch bed available. The venue location was convenient in the middle of jackson.

It was just a fine choice for a flying visit in Amarillo with definitely value for money. The room had a really nice king bed with great pillows. If you can, request a first-floor room. It's easier for loading and unloading.

The breakfast area was pleasant and neat. The breakfast fare was up to par.

The motel is generally run down and dingy. Our room was poorly lit. There was no lamp on the computer desk.

Other than roach in room, ok.

The staff was friendly and eager to assist, although their efforts couldn't mask the many shortcomings. Breakfast was included, though options were quite limited.

Bed linens stained, and a strong smell persisted throughout the room. It felt unsafe with numerous questionable individuals around.

Loved that the Big Texan picked us up for supper!!

Breakfast wasnt good. There was mold in the showers. The pillows on the bed weren't normal size. They were small and uncomfortable,

A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement

The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the spacious layout of our two queen bed room, and we easily accessed a nearby restaurant that provided tasty options. Just be sure to double-check the cleanliness of the bathroom before settling in.

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly, they were quick to change our room when we discovered that they initially gave us a smoking room, the moment we stepped inside it reeked of cigarettes.

There was quite a bit of mold around the tub, the arms of the sofa in the room were nasty, dirty. The noise was awful, walls seemed paper thin. There was alot of highway noise as well as noise from other hotel guests. Oh and I haven't had a chance to investigate why yet as I am still vacationing, but at check out our bill was one rate, and when I checked my bank account, they had debited my bank account for an additional $10.00. I'm really upset about this!
